Credits at a Glance

Coaches sell sessions in packs, and the question that comes up most is how many a client has left. The balance sits at the top of the tab, 24 of 40 purchased, with the bar below splitting the same figure into used, remaining and expiring. Expiry is the only red on the screen, because it is the only thing with a deadline. Actions are ranked in the same way: Add credits is filled, Deduct and Export stay quiet.

Packs & Session Counts

Active packs read in sessions rather than percentages. 6 of 10 left, 2 of 5 left, 16 of 20 left. Coaches think in seats, so a ring that says 60% makes them do arithmetic they did not ask for. Each ring uses the session-type colour that carries across the calendar and the bookings list, gold for strength, purple for mobility, blue for group.
