Brand Identity Design for AI SaaS & Productivity Startups

Taskpilot AI brand identity moodboard with logo, icons, and posters

An astronaut sits in a field of pink flowers, reading a book, the whole image grainy and dithered like an old scanned photo. That's the first thing that lands, before the wordmark even registers.

That halftone texture is the anchor of the entire system. It makes an AI brand feel textured and a little human, instead of the glossy gradient-and-blob look most AI products default to.

The system covers:

  • - A lowercase "taskpilot" wordmark with a small dash-and-dot mark standing in for the crossbar

- An app icon: a maroon square holding a light pink "-t" monogram

  • - A logo construction grid, built on a golden-ratio circle framework at 500x500px

  • - An 8-icon set (document, check, user, eye, search, inbox, clock, calendar) in a chunky pixel style

  • - A confetti-dot pattern running through maroon, pink, yellow, and teal

  • - A poster series carrying the taglines "The Intelligent Way To Work," "AI Agents That Never Stop," and "Your Mission Starts With TaskPilot"

  • - An App Store-style card mockup with a "Get" button over a dithered portrait

  • - A dark gallery billboard mockup and a wide hero shot of the astronaut beside a grounded spacecraft

AI branding is starting to look the same everywhere - soft gradients, rounded blobs, a robot mascot. Leaning into a retro, dreamlike sci-fi world instead is what makes this one stop the scroll.
