FileOrbis — SaaS Explainer Video

FileOrbis is a secure file management and governance platform designed for modern enterprises that need full control over their digital assets. This project explores how complex system-level workflows can be translated into a clean, visually engaging SaaS explainer video.

The main challenge was to simplify multiple technical layers — including file security, access permissions, automation workflows, and compliance tracking — into a clear and digestible visual narrative.

To solve this, I designed a UI-driven motion approach that focuses on clarity, structure, and smooth storytelling. Each scene was carefully crafted to guide the viewer through the product experience, starting from the problem of scattered data systems to a centralized, secure solution.

The animation style is minimal and modern, using soft gradients, clean interface layouts, and subtle motion cues to maintain a professional enterprise feel. Transitions are designed to feel seamless, ensuring the viewer stays focused on the product logic rather than visual complexity.

This project demonstrates how SaaS products can be communicated effectively through motion design, turning technical functionality into an intuitive and engaging visual story.
