SBB is an AI-powered SaaS platform that centralizes truck dispatch, routing, tracking, and cost analytics in one dashboard. The system helps our teams manage fleets more quickly, reduce manual work, and maintain full operational control as the business grows.
Business Task to Solve
The business task was to rebuild the truck management system into a single operational platform. The team needed to remove manual dispatch steps, unify tracking and cost data in one dashboard, and optimize operations for speed, control, and scalable fleet growth.
Project Timeline & Process
We ran a TMS audit, workshops with dispatch/ops, mapped end-to-end flows, rebuilt data logic + dashboard architecture, then prototyped, QA-tested, and rolled out. Most of the time went into analytics rules and the system structure that drives control.
Key Decisions
We centralized dispatch, tracking, and cost data into one TMS dashboard, reduced steps per action, and prioritized real-time status over reports. These decisions came from ops analysis and cut delays, improved fleet control, and enabled scalable growth.
Business Growth Effect
