Virtual VetDoc - Veterinary Telemedicine Platform

About the project

Virtual VetDoc is a U.S.-based veterinary telemedicine platform designed to make professional vet care faster, more accessible, and less stressful for pets and their owners through remote consultations and a public-facing website.

The goal

The goal was to design and build an end-to-end system, including the public website, that supports booking, payments, and medical records, while fitting real veterinary workflows and scaling with growing demand.

The process

We mapped the full consultation journey early, then designed and developed modular dashboards for scheduling, records, and payments, alongside a conversion-focused public website.

The result

The platform now supports consistent daily consultations, improves efficiency for veterinarians, and enables pet owners to receive care from home-laying a strong foundation for future growth.
